Civita Breakfast meeting with Sikyong Lobsang Sangay in Oslo

On thursday morning the 22nd of May, Civita invited people in Oslo to discuss the human rights situation in Tibet. The Tibetan Exile Prime minister Dr. Lobsang Sangay had arrived in Oslo the day before and was invited to the event.

“China’s occupation of Tibet has been described as brutal by leading human rights experts. How can we best describe the current situation in Tibet? Which policy does the Tibetan exile-government pursue? Is it possible to influence Chinese policy towards the occupied country? How can the world community act to improve the situation in Tibet?” For full information and video streaming check link http://www.civita.no/2014/05/22/frokostmote-22-5-menneskerettighetssituasjonen-i-tibet
