Norwegian delegates attended 1st Europe Tibetan Congress


Three delegates from the Tibetan Community in Norway attended the 1st Europe Tibetan Congress held in Basel, Switzerland on October 11-12. There were 127 delegates from 15 european countries present at the 1st Congress. The 2nd Congress will be held in 2010 (Belgium, France or Germany).
